Incident Report Request

To request a copy of an incident report for an incident to which the Wright Township Volunteer Firemen's Association has responded, kindly complete the form provided below. It is essential to note that the incident in question must have occurred within the primary response area of the Wright Township Volunteer Firemen's Association. A fee of $25 may be required to obtain an incident report. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.  Also please keep in mind our administrative staff is volunteer.  Please allow time to process.  This organization may reject requests at any time.
